With multiple tools, scattered workflows, and inconsistent branding across teams and regions, Valtech needed a more scalable way to manage planning, collaboration, and content production using Optimizely’s Content Marketing Platform (CMP).
Valtech implemented Optimizely CMP alongside Optimizely CMS and Web Experimentation to create a single workspace for planning, approvals, and publishing. This improved visibility and stakeholder alignment, standardized global processes, and strengthened brand consistency. In 2024 alone, Optimizely helped Valtech create 300+ website content items, brand-wash 170+ items during an acquisition, and complete 200+ content projects with nearly 900 tasks delivered.
