The International Fresh Produce Association needed a faster, more flexible website to support its new identity, remote-first operations, and content-heavy strategy after organizational changes and a challenging legacy CMS slowed publishing, search, and updates. Working with Optimizely and its partner Perficient, IFPA chose Optimizely’s cloud-based CMS and search tools to better serve members and industry stakeholders.
Optimizely helped IFPA launch its new site by January 1, 2022 with a more intuitive CMS, structured resource and events sections, gated member content, and improved search and personalization. In the first six months after launch, IFPA saw a 41% increase in organic search traffic, a 33% increase in user engagement, and a 19% increase in website interactions, while also improving content workflow and support response times with Optimizely.
