Home24 is Europe’s largest online furniture retailer, offering over 150,000 products from 800+ manufacturers across multiple countries and generating about $160M in annual revenue. As an online-only business, Home24 faced the challenge of redesigning its website to increase homepage engagement, click-throughs, and ultimately the number of orders without wasting time or development resources on unproven changes.

Using Optimizely, the team A/B tested two streamlined homepage header variations against the original, focusing on navigation, search visibility, and minimal design.
