Stratco Australia, a retail and consumer business offering more than 14,000 products across Australia and New Zealand, needed to modernise its ecommerce experience to better support search-driven shopping, showcase its large product range, deliver personalised content, and ensure accurate pricing and inventory from its ERP while improving performance and manageability.
Working with Fusion, Stratco’s sites were rebuilt on Optimizely CMS, Commerce, Find and personalization, with an advanced ERP integration for live product data, location-based pricing and inventory. The project tuned onsite search, added guest checkout, click & collect, vouchers and quote tools, and simplified CMS authoring — delivering a 50% faster page load time on most pages, measurable sales uplift and ongoing optimisation support.
