Working with XNGAGE, Steiner implemented B2B Commerce Cloud (launched May 2019) to deliver a modern, intuitive commerce experience and build a durable technology foundation rather than a basic website. The platform increased self‑service activity and user logins while enabling ongoing digital innovation and improved customer and team experiences.
