Prezzo re-invents their digital engagement

Prezzo, a UK casual dining chain, faced a crowded market and needed to translate a recent offline rebrand into a stronger digital presence to attract casual diners and convert them into loyal customers. The challenge was to unify website, email and mobile experiences, gain a Single Customer View, and enable personalised, data-driven communications without heavy agency dependence.

Working with Zone, Prezzo launched a new mobile‑responsive site on Optimizely Content Cloud with integrations for ExactTarget ECRM (SCV and marketing automation), Optimizely Find (location), Bookatable (reservations) and social content via the Twitter API, plus in‑house editable email templates. After the Q1 2015 relaunch Prezzo saw increases in voucher redemptions, takeaway and gift card orders through the site, indicating improved engagement and conversion.
