Nykredit, one of Denmark’s leading financial services companies, needed a faster, more brand-compliant way to manage its growing digital presence and better track leads across websites and forms. Working with Optimizely and its headless CMS, Nykredit set out to build a Content Hub, improve personalization, and connect digital experiences with Salesforce and other systems.

Optimizely helped Nykredit launch the Content Hub, reuse assets to create about 24 new websites, and improve lead tracking through forms and integrations with Google Analytics and Salesforce. The results included a 56% increase in customer sessions, a 61% increase in leads converted to opportunities, improved time and cost savings, and collaboration for around 80 content editors across the digital solution.
