Northern Radiator is a heating and cooling distributor founded in 1971 with 20 U.S. distribution centers and more than 11,000 SKUs. Facing a sales plateau with its legacy Infor storefront and needing to serve nearly 30 different customer types—from late adopters to web-savvy buyers—the company needed a more flexible eCommerce solution that offered real-time pricing, availability and intuitive ordering.

Northern Radiator implemented Optimizely B2B Commerce Cloud (via Insite/Optimizely) with Nishtech support to enable self-service sign-in, real-time inventory and personalized pricing. The more flexible B2B platform helped the company modernize its online experience and today more than one-third of Northern Radiator’s sales are driven through its online channel, with ongoing feature rollouts to sustain growth.
