MHS Global, a full-service provider of material handling systems with a history of growth through acquisition, faced a fragmented web presence across multiple brands and platforms and had no global online aftermarket parts support. To stay competitive and better serve B2B customers, MHS needed a unified, multi-brand, multi-language corporate website and an ecommerce parts channel, delivered on a tight timeline ahead of a major tradeshow.
Working with Rightpoint, MHS launched a new corporate site on Optimizely Content Cloud and rolled out a phased MVP parts catalog using Optimizely Commerce Manager (June 2020), leveraging Optimizely’s DXP on Azure for scalable PaaS deployment. The result is a modern, easy-to-navigate global web presence with an online parts ordering channel for US customers, positive customer feedback, and a roadmap to expand B2B commerce capabilities with advanced features like AI.
