TestEquity is a 45‑year leader in testing and electronic production supplies serving 200,000+ customers including NASA and General Motors. Facing changing buyer preferences and an aging, non‑responsive custom eCommerce platform that wasn’t ERP‑integrated, the company set out to modernize its digital commerce to support self‑service, mobile access and a growing SKU catalog.

TestEquity implemented Optimizely B2B Commerce Cloud integrated with a PIM, payment gateway, live chat and PunchOut, launching in May 2019. Within three months daily RFQs doubled from ~15 to 27–30, average order value more than doubled within a year, efficiencies and customer self‑service increased, and the site now supports a 10,000+ product catalog with stronger conversion rates.
