TestEquity implemented Optimizely B2B Commerce Cloud integrated with a PIM, payment gateway, live chat and PunchOut, launching in May 2019. Within three months daily RFQs doubled from ~15 to 27–30, average order value more than doubled within a year, efficiencies and customer self‑service increased, and the site now supports a 10,000+ product catalog with stronger conversion rates.
