The new platform and rapid deployment enabled a dozen personalisation experiments and immediate business impact: Home Loans page views rose 167%, Savings Account content views rose 465%, overall page views increased 238.6% for personalised vs non‑personalised recommendations, and the launch day saw no contact‑centre calls or branch walk‑ins as customers easily self‑served.
