The challenge was to provide 24/7 digital self-service—product access, pricing, inventory and order entry—while handling complex B2B pricing and integrating with their IFS ERP to reduce CSR workload and improve accuracy.
EDCO implemented Optimizely B2B Commerce Cloud in a four-stage rollout, managed by a small internal team and tightly integrated with their ERP. The site now supports 300+ registered accounts and 1,400+ orders, has eliminated over 6,000 service calls (about 500+ CSR hours saved), improved employee satisfaction and onboarding, and empowered customers to self-serve—while EDCO plans further digital expansion like EDI and CRM updates.
