Aura, an all-in-one cybersecurity platform, needed a better way to test its website, backend, and app while also improving collaboration across a distributed team. The company turned to Optimizely to support experimentation on its front-end site and product features, with the goal of increasing conversions, optimizing user experience, and scaling testing.

Optimizely implemented Web Experimentation, Feature Experimentation, and collaboration tools so Aura could run A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, personalization, and coordinated cross-team testing. As a result, Aura increased average order value by about 15% and grew testing velocity from 2–3 tests per month to 5–7 tests per month, showing a major gain in experimentation efficiency and innovation.
