Altius Group is an Australian workplace health and wellbeing provider that helps organisations optimise physical, mental and social health. It needed a more holistic B2B proposition and better data-driven personalization but was hampered by six separate websites on different platforms, inconsistent value propositions, administrative inefficiencies and a fixed go-live deadline requiring stakeholder alignment.

Working with Optimizely partner Niteco, Altius consolidated all six CMS sites into a single Optimizely instance using a simple, templated framework, Cloudflare CDN and ongoing performance monitoring, plus staff training. The unified site made content easier to manage and publish, improved customer insights and engagement, strengthened the Group’s market positioning and sales confidence, and enabled business units to present a cohesive, sector-wide value proposition.
