A new website focused on lead generation for Piab

Piab, a Swedish industrial automation company, needed a new website after a major rebranding highlighted that its old site was overly complex, did not reflect the refreshed brand and failed to support lead generation. The company wanted a well-structured, data-driven digital presence with clear calls to action and social integration to serve existing customers, new visitors and job seekers while supporting growth.

Working with Consid, Piab launched a site built on Optimizely CMS with InRiver for product information, Elastic search and Pardot for marketing automation, plus integrations to business systems and ecommerce. The redesign introduced branded UX templates and features like chat, contact forms, downloads, CAD center, “Help me choose” and an interactive office map; the site went live as a public beta to gather stakeholder feedback. The result is a modern, user-friendly site that boosts lead capture and positions Piab for future growth as ecommerce and the merchandiser portal are migrated into the new environment.
