OpenX assigned a dedicated team and yield specialist to set floor prices and optimize auctions, then expanded from the open exchange into OpenX Private Marketplace and Multi-Publisher deals to combine scale with premium CPMs. The partnership delivered immediate incremental revenue — PMP deals produced roughly 2× the CPMs of the open market — and an overall 25% increase in programmatic revenue, with continued focus on monetizing 970x250 units, skins and future video inventory.
