OpenTable helped Sage integrate Emma for automated, branded email campaigns and create unlimited trackable reservation links to measure ROI by channel and campaign. The result was a major improvement in attribution, with 9% of total revenue tied directly to marketing efforts and $410,000 in revenue attributed in a single quarter, plus more than $150,000 in ROI from automated email campaigns and additional savings from consolidating their tech stack.
