Torani Adds Flavor to Their Partner Relationships with a Premium Ingredient Data

Torani, the food and beverage flavor company, needed a better way to manage complex distributor, broker, and prospect relationships across Salesforce.com, Marketo, and Desk.com. Working with Openprise Data Automation Cloud, Torani focused on improving the quality of its marketing database while working around system constraints and keeping customer data accurate and usable for personalized engagement.

Openprise helped Torani reduce duplicate leads, validate and append records with Google Places API, and create a custom real-time integration between Desk.com and Salesforce.com. The results were strong: Torani reduced new duplicate leads to zero, validated and appended over 98% of its database, and ensured smooth lead flow across channels.
