CordBlood Registry (CBR), a newborn stem cell preservation provider, needed to move leads through its marketing and sales process quickly because it only has a nine-month window to engage expectant parents. To avoid losing value from delayed follow-up, CBR partnered with Openprise and used its Data Orchestration platform to automate lead onboarding, validation, and routing across partners and internal systems.
Openprise implemented a fully automated end-to-end lead onboarding process that fetches, validates, deduplicates, and arbitrates more than 3 million leads a year, while generating audit history and updating Marketo in real time. The result was faster campaign readiness, real-time dashboards for lead quality and partner performance, and the ability to integrate new lead generation partners in less than one day.
