TELUS, one of Canada’s largest telecommunications providers, wanted to deliver a premium subscriber experience with more flexibility for rolling out contextually aware services. Openet implemented its Policy Manager PCRF solution to give TELUS real-time policy updates, better support for roaming experiences, and a stronger “customer first” service model. The result was a fast and efficient deployment of an LTE-ready policy platform that TELUS described as mature, flexible, and easy to configure, helping it offer a better customer experience.
