Leander ISD Automated Admin Processes Using onPhase Forms

Leander Independent School District (LISD) faced the challenge of simplifying complex administrative processes to keep its large district operating smoothly. To improve how it managed facility setup requests, LISD turned to onPhase and its Web Forms solution to automate the procedure.

onPhase implemented a dynamic Setup Request form integrated directly with LISD’s existing Microsoft SQL Server database. The solution utilized onPhase's Visual Rule Builder for custom validation and its Database Connector to auto-populate fields and write submissions directly to the database. This dramatically improved the user experience by reducing errors, saved the Facilities Department an enormous amount of time, and provided a secure, streamlined process. As a result of its success, LISD is now implementing additional onPhase forms for other workflows.
