Tui Group Enforces B2b Contracts With E-signatures

TUI Group, the world’s largest leisure travel company, needed a fast, efficient and legally enforceable way to capture signatures from its travel agency partners. Although contracts were digitized, they weren’t enforceable without signatures, exposing TUI to financial risk; after evaluating vendors and requiring EU data hosting and strong security, TUI Group selected OneSpan and its OneSpan Sign e-signature service.

OneSpan implemented its cloud-based OneSpan Sign solution for TUI’s Belgium and Netherlands agencies, using the Bulk Send feature to deliver a 16‑page contract to more than 750 agencies in a single transaction; the entire send process takes about three hours from Excel list to dispatch. OneSpan Sign provided click‑ or tap‑to‑sign on any device, EU-hosted storage, legal enforceability, signer tracking, and measurable ROI — enabling TUI Group to expand e-signatures to HR (1,500 employees), field sales and accounting integrations.
