WellMed, a network of more than 16,000 doctors’ offices serving over 1 million older adults in Texas and Florida, needed to scale member enrollment and ongoing patient engagement after COVID shutdowns disrupted its in-person orientation model. WellMed shifted to a digital-first strategy using ON24 (Webcast Elite, Engagement Hub, Target, Advanced Analytics and ON24 Connect for SFDC) to deliver virtual orientations, bingeable content hubs and targeted outbound pages, with engagement data auto-populating Salesforce. The move drove a 60% increase in orientation attendance, a 60% increase in patient engagement and a 25% increase in events run, while automating follow-up and enabling timely, personalized outreach.
