Texthelp, founded in 1996, is a global technology company that builds digital learning and accessibility tools to help people learn, understand and communicate. Historically reliant on in-person events for marketing and sales, the pandemic made that model untenable and forced Texthelp to find a secure, accessible, scalable digital events platform that could integrate with its bespoke martech stack and provide consolidated analytics for better lead conversion.
Texthelp selected ON24 as a single platform to power webinars with built‑in accessibility (optional captioning), API-based integration into their custom MAP, and robust engagement analytics. This allowed them to expand from top‑of‑funnel demand gen into product‑focused sessions and improve conversions; on average webinars now draw ~2,000 registrations and ~800 live attendees. Within six months one webinar generated more than £500K (~$630K) in pipeline, cost per lead dropped to roughly $3, and the move to digital is saving the company over $50K annually.
