SAP Concur, a Bellevue-based leader in travel and expense management software, needed a way to help busy, sometimes less tech-savvy administrators at small and mid-sized businesses adopt its platform. The marketing team launched an admin training webinar series but needed a scalable platform that delivered a great attendee experience and strong ROI.

Using the ON24 Digital Experience Platform’s on-demand engagement, customer insights and content intelligence features, Concur turned live sessions into reusable assets, surfaced attendee questions into sales and support talking points, and tracked resource downloads to prioritize content. The program reached more than 3,500 users from 3,000 accounts, saw most attendees return for about four webinars, and generated roughly $600,000 in pipeline on average per event.
