SAP Canada, the Toronto-based arm of enterprise software leader SAP, needed a scalable way to educate customers and communicate product updates across the full customer journey for cloud offerings like SAP HANA. Limited resources made creating and updating customer education content difficult, and the team needed a digital engagement solution that could deliver awareness, consideration, onboarding and adoption experiences efficiently.
Using ON24 Webcast Elite, SAP Canada launched four webinar series—How To, What’s New, Learning Mission and the Data Defined Talk Show—combining live demos, pre-recorded videos and on-demand sessions to educate customers at scale. The approach produced hundreds of webinars and tens of thousands of attendees (e.g., 69 SAP Analytics Cloud webinars drew 19,000+ attendees; 91 HANA Cloud webinars reached 23,000+), boosted engagement and morale, and drove concrete results: the talk show series attracted 4,000+ attendees, 35% of attendees signed up for a beta and 20% accelerated to trial users.
