Lane Clark & Peacock outperforms industry benchmarks with ON24

Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP) is a leading independent UK provider of pension, insurance and investment consulting, with roughly 800 people, c. £245bn in assets under advice and about 650 clients including nearly half of the FTSE 100. The marketing team relied on live webinars to connect with partners and prospects but found their existing video‑conferencing tools were time‑intensive, offered poor reporting and couldn’t deliver integrated, branded experiences or actionable lead insights.

In 2019 LCP switched to the ON24 Digital Experience Platform, using branded registration, drag‑and‑drop webinar builds, interactive polls/Q&A and CTAs, plus CRM and marketing‑automation integrations and ON24’s engagement scoring to qualify leads. The change made webinars easier to run and more interactive—in 2020 LCP added 5,000 new contacts, ran 27+ webinars, increased event output fourfold (from one to four a month) and from just three webinars recorded 12 leads, 26 follow‑ups and three new projects won.
