Intelligent Technologies Labs (ITL) was hired by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management to convert the competitive Presidential Management Fellows recruitment fair into a virtual event. The challenge was to deliver a polished online experience on a tight 30-day schedule that would connect more than 60 government agencies with top candidates while improving convenience and reducing travel and logistical burden.

ITL used the ON24 Virtual Show platform to create virtual booths, chat-enabled recruiter interactions, résumé exchange and a centralized resource library; the event drew more than 420 attendees. The online fair received a 90% approval rating, saved time and travel costs, allowed extended post-event access for candidates, and led stakeholders to pursue additional virtual recruiting events.
