Informa, a London‑based B2B publisher, faced declining print circulation and ad revenue and needed new ways to monetize its audiences. Already running successful sponsored virtual trade shows, the company reimagined these one‑day events as week‑long webinar series and on‑demand content hubs to increase registrations, engagement and lead generation for sponsors across its 75 market brands.

Using the ON24 Engagement Platform, Informa gained a content command center to manage, brand and automate hundreds of sponsored webinars, create topic-based on‑demand hubs, and capture real‑time engagement analytics to surface the most valuable leads for sponsors’ sales teams. The results: production doubled over three years, scaling from fewer than 15 webinars a year to an expected 1,000–1,200 annually, with highlights including 71,000 registrations in one quarter, a 26% year‑over‑year volume increase and as many as 120 webinars in a single month.
