Pinnacle Investment Group, a financial services firm, needed a more reliable digital event strategy to complement its physical roadshows and webinars as in-person events became uncertain. Its existing platform limited branding and customization, making it harder to stand out in a crowded digital landscape. With ON24, Pinnacle built fully branded virtual event experiences, launched 15 unique webinar consoles, and used interactive tools like polls and live Q&A to engage larger audiences. ON24 also helped capture actionable attendee data and integrate it into Pinnacle’s marketing and CRM systems for better sales follow-up. The result was over 90 webinars delivered annually, 2.5x higher on-demand attendance, more than 50% year-over-year growth in reach and FUM, and virtual roadshows that reached over 100 advisors versus about 20 in-person.
