MYOB, a leading Australian and New Zealand business management platform with more than 40,000 advisors, had relied on face‑to‑face events to educate and connect with customers. When the 2020 shift to digital made in‑person gatherings impossible, the events team needed a trusted, scalable virtual‑event solution that offered more than standard web conferencing — and chose ON24 to rapidly pivot their program.
Using ON24 and self‑paced training, MYOB turned its events into a full digital experience, producing 239 virtual events in one year and scaling from about 10 events to over 60 per month. The program expanded reach with international presenters, on‑demand viewing, richer first‑party customer insights and a shortened event‑to‑qualified‑lead cycle (8x), achieving a 65% registrant‑to‑attendee conversion rate and about 85% of the audience tuning in live.
