Working with ON24, Marriott launched Voyage, a 24/7 virtual onboarding environment that blends social tools with learning-management functions, includes coaches and champions, and gives managers usage data to spot engagement gaps. Piloted with 65 new hires and expanding to hundreds more, Voyage has driven faster cultural assimilation and on-the-job effectiveness, built a bonded virtual community of learners, and generated strong positive feedback while supporting global, multilingual access.
