Concur Technologies, a leader in business travel and expense management, launched a webinar series to provide quick, convenient training for Concur admins at small and mid-sized businesses. Facing the challenge of delivering high-quality training while maximizing the time and resources invested in each event, the marketing team aimed to extend the value of every webinar beyond the live session.

Using ON24 Webcast Elite, Concur repurposed webinar recordings and clips, turned presentation slides into handouts, and mined Q&A and surveys for customer and sales insights; a custom webinar console also let them share and track resource downloads. The program produced reusable marketing and sales assets, attracted more than 3,500 users from 3,000 accounts (with most attendees returning for 4–5 webinars), and generated an average of $600,000 in pipeline per event.
