Business Review Webinars (BRW), a division of Progressive Digital Media Group and a European leader in sponsored webinars across industries such as food & beverage, pharma, energy and manufacturing, needed a platform that matched the experience of a physical event. After finding GoToWebinar and then Webex unable to deliver the polished video, branding and interactive experience sponsors demanded—while supporting BRW’s aggressive schedule of ~300 webinars a year—BRW sought a more flexible, media-rich solution.
BRW selected ON24 Webcast Elite for its multiple broadcast modes (live, simu‑live, on demand), strong branding/customization, interactive widgets and robust analytics. Using ON24, BRW launched multi‑speaker educational webinars that drew up to four times the registrants on some topics, added roughly 190 simu‑live sessions over summer, enabled virtual video tours to save time and cost, and provided analytics that helped sponsors close an estimated $50M+ in contracts.
