As webinar audiences grew, their previous platform (GoToWebinar) couldn’t scale beyond ~100 attendees or offer on-demand access and streamlined continuing-education certificates, limiting reach and engagement.
FFVA moved to ON24 Webcast Elite to deliver scalable, on-demand digital experiences with branded certificates, attendee surveys and Salesforce integration for real-time engagement data. The change produced a 49% increase in agency partners enabled to sell FFVA products, a 31% increase in policyholders enabled via on-demand views, and 829 certificates awarded—boosting attendance, engagement and actionable analytics.
