EY uses on24 to build a growing continuing education program

EY, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, needed a scalable way to deliver continuing professional education (CPE) to thousands of practitioners worldwide. With industry requirements for annual CPE hours and a previous reliance on costly in‑person conferences, EY faced long content turnaround times, limited mobility for learners and the need for a centralized, consistent delivery mechanism.

Using the ON24 platform, EY built interactive Virtual Learning Environments, leveraged an ON24–Madray Group partnership to accelerate CPE approvals, and used live broadcast, on‑demand recordings and rich analytics to drive engagement and optimize content. The program scaled rapidly—more than 4,600 registrants (2,382 attendees across two dedicated virtual learning dates), roughly a 51% participation rate—and delivered an average attendee engagement of 78.6 minutes.
