Everbridge launches a global virtual conference to drive pipeline with ON24

Everbridge, a Boston-based SaaS company that provides critical event management software to thousands of organizations worldwide, faced a sudden gap in pipeline generation when COVID-19 canceled trade shows. With only six weeks to replace in-person engagement and deliver the educational content customers expected, Everbridge needed a scalable, reliable digital event strategy to stay top of mind and drive leads.

Everbridge selected ON24 Webcast Elite and Engagement Hub for its capacity, Marketo/Salesforce integrations and Drift chatbot support, quickly branding and launching a two-day global virtual symposium. The event ran 20 live sessions, attracted 10,000 registrants and 5,000 attendees, generated 10,000 hours of engagement, and met short-term sales opportunity goals; ON24 analytics also helped prioritize follow-up while event content was repurposed for ongoing demand generation.
