CompTIA, the global voice of the IT industry, runs a quarterly IT Pro webinar series to help professionals earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) required to maintain certifications. Their initial WebEx setup imposed attendee caps, offered a basic user experience, and made it difficult to manage and issue thousands of CEUs or integrate participation data with Marketo.
After switching to ON24 Webcast Elite, CompTIA removed attendee limits, automated CEU delivery for live and on-demand viewers, and captured engagement data that feeds into Marketo. The result: an average of over 9,000 registrations per quarterly webinar, more than 3,000 live attendees and over 3,000 CEUs delivered per webinar, with strong on-demand viewership.
