Amadeus implements ON24 webinars to increase lead generation

Amadeus, a Madrid-based travel-tech company that powers reservations and distribution for the global travel industry, needed a more strategic, company-wide approach to webinars. Previously each business unit outsourced events to third parties, which was costly and produced inconsistent branding, limited analytics and no unified view for sales and marketing—so Amadeus required a scalable, enterprise-grade webinar platform with integrated analytics, CRM integration and consistent branding.

Amadeus implemented the ON24 platform to centralize webinar production, gain instant audience analytics, control branding, scale to tens of thousands of attendees and deliver enhanced live Q&A and demos. The results were immediate: the first webinar generated more than €300K in pipeline, 15% of the target database registered, attendance reached 62% (above the 56% benchmark) and 20% of registrants converted on the day of the event, with a notably low cost per attendee.
