Knight Transportation, one of North America’s largest truckload carriers, faced a rise in litigation and fraudulent claims involving its fleet, with many drivers installing personal “crash recorders.” After consulting drivers and evaluating options, the company launched a pilot to test video-based safety solutions that could reduce risk, improve coaching, and cut claims costs.
