Din Tai Fung partnered with Olo in 2020 to improve its digital ordering experience and later expanded its tech stack with products including Ordering, Rails, Dispatch, Expo, Host, Switchboard, GDP, and Olo Pay. As the brand looked to make checkout faster and more convenient for guests, it launched Olo Accounts Checkout in July 2022.

With Olo Accounts, Din Tai Fung enabled secure guest sign-ins and faster checkout without repeatedly entering payment details. Olo helped drive a lift in orders per guest, increase guest sign-ins, and boost saved cards on file; within seven months, 60,000 guests created an Olo Account, contributing to stronger order frequency and checkout efficiency.
