How Adler admissions qualifies more high-quality prospects with live chat

Adler University wanted a better way to qualify and convert prospective students, especially for its Chicago, Vancouver, and online programs, while also helping current students and visitors get answers quickly. The university used Olark live chat alongside Salesforce to replace a third-party chat provider and improve the quality of leads coming through its website.

Olark implemented live chat with Salesforce integration, shortcuts, reporting, transcripts, and tags so Adler’s admissions team could route questions, follow up on old leads, and see full student history in one place. Since launch, Adler has handled 1,201 chats, tied about 35% of chat activity directly to applicants, converted 141 contacts into leads, and supported 290 existing students, helping drive higher-quality leads and increased enrollment.
