Panaya, a SaaS provider of ERP testing and quality maintenance, struggled to tailor marketing content for three distinct audiences (SAP, Oracle and Salesforce) and to distribute that content across time zones with only one person managing social channels. The challenge was to establish thought leadership, educate prospects, and generate leads on LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+ while keeping messages persona-specific and consistent.
