Using Oktopost’s deep Marketo integration, social listening, reporting, and employee advocacy capabilities, Beyond Bank unified its social efforts and gained clearer visibility into customer engagement. The results included a 4% organic follower increase after joining, a 11.6% follower lift over its advocacy pilot period, a 17% overall follower growth from mid-2021, and 271% higher engagement in the nine months after launch, with especially strong growth on LinkedIn.
