Rewind maintains its human touch with Officevibe

Rewind, a software development company in Ottawa with 130 employees, wanted a way to keep its people engaged and maintain a positive culture while it grew rapidly. Rewind implemented Workleap Officevibe in February 2020 to gather anonymous feedback, run custom surveys, and track engagement metrics. The company says the tool helped it improve employee eNPS by 40 points in six months and hold a score of 8.3 for over 12 months, while keeping a human touch through regular feedback and monthly Pulse Surveys.
