Case Study: Alithya boosts employee engagement and retention with Officevibe

A Officevibe Case Study

Preview of the Alithya Case Study

How Officevibe helped her team open up and feel more heard after Alithya nearly tripled in size and went public

Alithya, a Montreal-based computer software company with more than 2,000 employees across several countries, needed a better way to understand how its people were doing as it grew through acquisitions and moved from a private company of 750 people to a public company. Francesca Lévesque, Advisor of Employee Programs and Human Capital, said employees were sometimes less comfortable raising concerns with managers, especially in a remote and distributed environment.

Alithya used Officevibe, now Workleap Officevibe, to gather employee feedback, analyze results, and share reports with Human Capital and leadership every three months. The company turned that input into actions such as changing its insurance policy and creating a health portal, and its wellness metric increased by 0.4 points. Lévesque said the platform also strengthened trust, engagement, and retention by helping employees open up and see that their feedback led to concrete changes.
