Aunalytics, a data platform company in South Bend with about 200 employees, was growing quickly through hiring and acquisitions. That growth made it harder to maintain culture, and recognition, wellness, and morale were among the areas of concern, so the company turned to Officevibe to get a better pulse on how team members were feeling.

With Officevibe, Aunalytics set up subgroups for legacy companies, used anonymous feedback, and later beta tested Good Vibes to make recognition part of its weekly process. The company moved from about 5-10 recognition posts per month in a Teams channel to 72 Good Vibes in the last 30 days, and its participation rate increased from 90% to 95% in just a few months.
