Tanner rebuilt a tailored program with customized, non-jewelry gifts, flexible billing, localized presentation options, and personalized numerals featuring the Roto Rooter truck and city skyline. The relaunch drove strong engagement: a 90% increase in presentations, 75% of employees saying they “love” their awards, 95% liking the custom logo, and 66% planning to keep and display their yearbook.
