They launched Celebrate Great, a user-friendly recognition platform used by 15,000 partners in 20 countries featuring animated eCards/eButtons, awards, and a personalized Yearbook for service anniversaries. Employee survey results show strong impact: 96% say eCards/eButtons make them feel appreciated, 87% say the platform improves culture, 98% are likely to submit more nominations, 86% say recognition connected their work to company goals, and 85% are satisfied with the experience.
