Three is one of the UK’s leading telcos, digitally focused since launching with 3G in 2003. Facing rising customer expectations, Three wanted to boost web sales, improve contact channel operations and empower agents to deliver a better customer experience and higher profits, so they engaged Now Interact in May 2014.
Now Interact deployed its Predictive Intelligence and SiteVision platforms to segment visitors, trigger call-back offers at peak conversion moments and give agents a snapshot of each customer’s browsing history. Started as a proof of concept and quickly scaled, the solution delivered 29,000 incremental sales, 192,242 leads and a 40% increase in dedicated multichannel agents, making the multichannel sales team Three’s most profitable within two months.
